This is so wicked, irresponsible and a step in the wrong direction. Accommodating all of these drug junkies is not making them better, it's actually making them WORSE. And I won't even say anything about the ones who are selling the drugs out of side and back door to the other drug junkies on the streets (and kids too) and this is just one more excuse to justify enslaving much of society and controlling them with drug dependency. This has become such a corrupt and reprobate society and God will not tolerate it much longer. The more mercy God gives, the more disobedient this sick society becomes.
