At least there will be more job openings where you are drug tested and screened out for smoking weed. Pot smokers are more fitted to the labor industry ( blue collar ) type of jobs where critical thinking is not needed. Could you imagine a surgeon who needs to do delicate surgery on you high? Or a pilot in a tight situation compromised and you are on board? No thanks.
